Note that I am not writing much about the super food that I will ensure that me and my family are taking every week. This is because there are so much information on the internet nowadays and writing them creates redundancy and unnecessary ‘argument’ as a lot of people want to be right. Rather I prefer to focus on eating right than being correct or right in what I write or share.
Invest in your health, focus on super foods. Focus on nutrition and pay less attention on taste. It is often the 10 inches between the tip of your tongue and your throat that demanded so much to the taste of food that you unconsciously choose the wrong food. Eat what we should, not what your tongue tells you to, not what is convenient, that is my secret, my passion to a healthier me.
Actually with the use of advanced technology a lot of the super foods are now commercially available, fast, convenient, easily obtained and can complement our busy lifestyle. To create extraordinary life, we need to stop doing ordinary things. What I feel like saying is eat right, be happy, live a successful life.
